“I truly enjoyed getting to know Denise while working with her (actually she did all of the work) to sell our condo. A mutual friend had introduced us a few weeks prior and when I learned that she was a realtor, I just on a whim asked her if she would like to try to sell our condo on the lake. My husband recently had to be placed in a nursing home due to advanced Alzheimer’s and I didn’t think I would be using the condo very much, if at all, in the future.
From the very first Denise was very thorough and professional. In no time at all she had taken pictures, got it listed, and began receiving calls. Within a matter of days, we had a contract. That’s when I had to get serious about getting all of our things moved out. I was surprised when Denise began helping me clean out, pack up, and move things to my home. From there everything went very smoothly until and through the closing. Buyers and sellers (me) were very happy with the entire process. In addition to getting the condo sold without any problems, I have found a new, wonderful friend whom I would definitely recommend to anyone with a property to sell.
