Setting a List Price

Multiple factors come into play when strategizing how to price your home to sell in today’s real estate market.

Together, we can analyze current market conditions in today’s real estate market. This interactive process allows you to objectively evaluate current market activity and it will give you the tools you need to price your home based on current market research.

This is another important step in both the home buying and home selling process. During this phase buyers may choose to have several different types of inspections performed. It’s important for buyers to do their due diligence once under contract to purchase a home. At times, a homeowner might decide to have a home inspection completed before listing the home for sale.

This is a very important step in the buying and selling process; therefore, it is important that you hire a REALTOR® that you feel has your best interest in mind. It’s a privilege to work with families and I take that responsibility very seriously. I take advantage of continuing education opportunities as often as I can so I can best represent my clients.
