Her Advice Was Spot On

We listed our house with Denise just before spring last year. She took great care to explain the changing current market conditions and gathered helpful market data that informed many of our decisions. Her advice in preparing the house for showing was spot on and the photos and description she created helped communicate the features and the best attributes of the property. Each time there was a showing she kept us informed and gave us the feedback she had received. When the property sold, she worked diligently to navigate the process and kept timely communication with the buyer. When some minor upgrades and repairs were requested, Denise helped find contractors to do the work. All the way through the closing she continued to help and offer sound advice. She worked so well with the buyer that they reached out afterward and told us that there would be a wedding at their new home in the spring!
