Our decision was in large part based on our impression of her preparation for the interview. She came prepared with a good analysis of the real estate market in the neighborhood. We found her demeanor to be professional yet cordial—very personable. She was always on time to our meetings, and always responsive to our questions. She made great arrangements for the property photos. But most importantly, for us, she went above and beyond being a real estate agent, and attended to our requests when we were away.
